General Camp Information

Camp Hours:

Full Day: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Morning Half Day: 9:00 am - 11:45 am

All campers will receive a Star Camps t-shirt and individual photo at the end of camp.

Program Costs:

Camps fees are $350 for full-day sessions and $250 for half day sessions. $50 non-refundable deposit is due three weeks before camp begins.

For a camper who signs up for 3 or more weeks there is $ 25.00 per-week discount. A small number of late applications may be accepted if space is available.

Team discounts and scholarships are available. Please call for details. Your cancelled check is your receipt and will assure you a place in the session.

Extended Day Program:

Extended Day runs from 3pm-5:30pm Monday through Friday of each week. The fee is $100 per week or $25 per day. Extended Day will now offer swimming at the Beede Swim Center (directly across from Star Camps at Concord-Carlisle High School).

Lunch:

Star Camps does not serve lunch but campers can purchase slice(s) of pizza and Gatorade drinks for lunch. Lunch orders with payment are taken at camper check-in at 9:00am. Star Camps does provide free juice and water throughout the day. All lunches must be brought in an insulated cooler.

Please Note: For the safety of all campers we ask that they bring NO peanut or tree nut products to camp for lunch or snack. Star Camps is a nut safe camp.

Medical:

You must attach a report of your child’s annual physical and immunizations dated within the past year and signed by the pediatrician. Massachusetts state law requires a physical for each camper. This camp complies with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is licensed by the local Board of Health.
