Star Camps Counselor in Training Program
Position Description
Student athletes who will have finished eighth or ninth grade by the start of camp may apply to the Counselor in Training program at Star Camps. Each counselor in training (CIT) will work alongside a experienced staff member, who will serve as a mentor for the CIT. CIT’s will gain valuable experience coaching and working with younger athletes. The ideal candidate to serve in this role is caring, enthusiastic, and eager to connect with campers and staff members. How to Apply
Star Camps is limited in the number of CIT’s that can work each summer. Interested candidates should contact Nat Carr directly at ncarr@starcamps.com. Your email should include your full name, age, current grade level, and a brief paragraph explaining why you would be a good fit for the CIT program. Please include information regarding any related sports camp experience or previous experience at Star Camps.
Cost
The CIT tuition is $445 before March 31st and $470 after March 31st. This CIT tuition is $100 less than the full camper tuition.
